Patio topcoat
refresh.
No new floor.
Just a new top.
This back patio already had a flake coating. The floor underneath was in good shape, but the old topcoat had worn dull and cloudy, and cracks had opened up along the control joints.
So the job was a topcoat refresh: sand the old topcoat, caulk the cracks and put down a fresh UV-stable topcoat to bring the gloss back and hold up to the sun.
Before
A worn, chalky topcoat with dull patches across the slab, and cracks running along the joints.

Sand & caulk
The old topcoat was sanded so the new coat has something to grab, and new caulking went into the cracks.

Fresh topcoat
Bryce spread a fresh UV-stable topcoat across the whole patio, steps and edges included.

Finished
The flake is sharp again under a clear, glossy topcoat, and the joints are sealed.
